On Sunday November 7, 2010, Somphol Bedding and Mattress Industry Co., Ltd., (SPB) under the brand Springmate, had the opportunity to host a Kathin ceremony at Dhepsontawaree Monastery, the spiritual heart of one of the communities close to the company's main plant in Ayutthaya. A fund of 252,577.76 bahts (approximately 7,890 US dollars) was subsequently raised and used to renovate the dilapidated ordination hall in the monastery, thereby reinvigorating the spiritual essence of the community.
